Training Director

 

Colorado born Dan Ross only planned to be with us for a year however with him forming interesting alliances for us with the US market, we're keen to stick hold of him for a bit!

 

Most importantly Dans brings a wealth of organisational development experience to the business. He is a board level Coach, NLP Master, hypnotherapist, counseller, and has a wide knowledge of a range of psychometrics.

 

Dan has a wealth of experience delivering multi faceted and multidisciplinary Training, Executive Coaching, Change Management and Organisational Development programmes at all levels, across a broad sweep of sectors and countries.

Toby is one of our NLP Masters and brings diverse Coaching and Training skills to the mix. His clear cut perspective of commercial and personal situations allows him to see the crux of the issue swiftly and get to work quickly and effectively.

 

A great listener, and experienced facilitator, Toby delivers thought provoking training and development which adds fresh thinking with a twist.  Living on the South Coast with his young family, Toby is passionate about people and their growth and it shows in his commitment to each project he undertakes.

With his awesome e skills Ric should be working for Apple, however as he lives locally the commute would be a tad tedious, and he has a passion for people development so it kinda all hangs together well. Ric is all things IT, marketing, web - he's kept quite busy!   

James Hodgkinson

James has worked in the field of changing people’s behaviour for over 15 years, at all levels, across a broad range of clients including Sainsburys, Marks and Spencers, WHSmith, Nando’s, National Grid, Standard Life and The Environment Agency. He has co-designed and facilitated two very different, both highly applauded, National Training Award winning, behavioural change programmes. One of James' key abilities is to bring about more effective behaviour, by identifying and understanding what holds people back, then getting to grips with how they can move forward, in both their personal and professional lives. He delivers a wide spectrum of bespoke, effective performance training programmes, as well as one to one Executive Coaching and Management Mentoring. In his spare time, James enjoys travelling, 5-a-side football, having a beer with friends, photography, cooking, camping, and has an interest Buddhism.

Samantha Henley-Reed

Client Care Manager

  

Sam brings considerable experience of first class customer care to our team. Having worked for diverse blue chip companies in mixed roles, her varied function at Infinity is above all else to deliver 5 star client service. Sam supports client programmes, oversees Client Support activity, provision of support to the sales and training team, and administration. Her role includes account management and PR. 

 

Samantha is supported by Client Support Executive Sophie Wells.
